Fonts:-
EBCM application is
using usual windows fonts all over the application except for the Complaints
Management interface. Consumer Management Interface is in Malayalam (മലയാളം) language.Local language support is implemented
using
Unicode.
If you do not see Malayalam
letters at all on the heading you may need a Malayalam Unicode Font. Any Unicode
fonts are applicable for viewing the Complaint Management pages. We are using
the font
AnjaliOldLipi Font for the Malayalam representation. Users are requested to
download AnjaliOldLipi Font and install the same in your computer.
Internet Explorer
users:-
If you were able to see some letters, you will need to change the font Internet
Explorer uses for showing Malayalam Unicode. To do this pull down Tools from the
menu bar in Internet Explorer and follow Internet Options..., click on Fonts
(button). Choose Malayalam in Language script first, and choose a Unicode font
(AnjaliOlpLipi, Thoolika, Rachana, Karthika etc) in the Web page font box.
Restart Internet Explorer if it doesn't work the first time around.
